CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. - Lt. Col. Robert Bailey, director of the Amphibious Vehicle Test Branch, and Master Sgt. Michael Chouinard, AVTB staff noncommissioned officer in charge, row their team’s makeshift boat Nov. 21 at Camp Pendleton, Calif. AVTB, a subordinate unit of Marine Corps Systems Command, held its inaugural bathtub race where participants were challenged to build boats out of scavenged and recycled materials.
