MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO, Va. - Marines from Marine Corps Systems Command conduct helocasting of the Zodiac F470 near Quantico, Va., while an Open Water Safety Craft floats nearby. The OWSC has been in service since 2006, and is used as an emergency vessel during waterborne training operations. Marine Corps Systems Command is working with Marine Corps Logistics Command and the National Marine Center to refurbish 28 boats in the Corps inventory. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Jake Feeney)
