MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO, Va. - Deputy Commandant, Combat Development and Integration Lt. Gen. Eric Smith addresses the crowd during a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Marine Corps Wargaming and Analysis Center May 12 aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. The state-of-the-art facility will enable the Marine Corps to better visualize the threat environment, gain competitive advantages and simulate future operating environments.
