The Commanding Officer (CO) guides and directs MCTSSA. The Executive Officer and Operations Officer promulgate his direction. A Technical Director advises the CO on C4I technical issues. The Headquarters elements provides fiscal, contracting, supply, logistics, security, information, administration, travel, and human resources services.
