Mission
The Command Safety office (00T) promotes and supports environmental compliance, safety, and occupational health to keep the warfighter and MARCORSYSCOM/PEO's equipment, activities, and workforce safe.
What does safety do?
Acquisition Safety: The MCSC Safety Office develops and implements ESOH policies, processes, and procedures to assist programs internal and external to MCSC with ESOH guidance and recommendations. 00T also represents the Command on Joint Safety Review Boards as well as in the review and implementation of Department of Defense ESOH policy and guidance.
Occupational Safety and Health: The MCSC Safety Office promotes a safe and healthy workplace for all MCSC and PEO activities. 00T assists the Command in establishing and maintaining a vibrant and practical safety program that reinforces on and off duty safe behavior and applies safety standards to all operations and workplaces.
What can safety do for you?
The MCSC Safety Office is a resource for programs to use throughout the system's lifecycle. 00T can support and assist with maintaining a successful ESOH program. 00T provides a single point of contact and advocate for all MCSC/PEO personnel and safety programs. In addition, 00T assists the Command in ensuring that all workplaces are free form recognized hazards and eliminates preventable mishaps to preserve our most precious assets – our Marine, Sailors, civilian personnel, and equipment.
