Mission
To provide unified, DoW-wide SAPR support services that aim to prevent and respond to sexual assault to command personnel. This includes ensuring that all personnel are educated about their rights and the resources available to them, as well as fostering a culture of respect and accountability within MARCORSYSCOM.
Commander's intent
MARCORSYSCOM is a command where every Marine, civilian, and contractor feels safe, valued, and empowered to perform at their highest level. Sexual assault is actively prevented through engaged leadership, shared responsibility, and a culture that refuses to tolerate harmful behaviors. When incidents do occur, survivors receive immediate, compassionate, and comprehensive support, and allegations are handled with professionalism, fairness, and urgency. A command that protects its people protects its mission.
By upholding the highest standards of conduct and accountability, MARCORSYSCOM preserves readiness, strengthens cohesion, and ensures we remain worthy of the trust placed in us by the Marines we serve.
