Brig. Gen. Kevin Nally, Department of the Navy deputy chief information officer for the Marine Corps, presents the 2015 Armed Forces Communications Electronics Association Copernicus Award to David Vierra, who is joined by his wife Mila, Feb. 10 in San Diego, Calif.
