In 2023, PEO MLB continued to mature as an organization by consolidating offices and capabilities into our Technical Directorate Office (TDO) and adding a new portfolio, Marine Corps Manpower Information Technology Systems Modernization (MITSM), which is the Marine Corps version of our Navy manpower portfolio. We also welcomed two new portfolio managers on board and continued to deliver critical defense business solutions to enable the DON’s day-to-day administrative, business, and financial operations.
