The Marine Corps Systems Command Unit Personnel and Family Readiness Program (UPFRP) provides training and referral resources to Marines and communicates through a variety of channels to the spouses, parents, and extended family members. The goal is to equip and assist families in becoming well-informed, self-sufficient, and improve their quality of life thus allowing Marines to feel at ease on the home front which promotes Mission Readiness.
The Unit, Personal and Family Readiness Program (UPFRP) trains and prepares every Marine and their family to ensure optimum resiliency when faced with life cycle events. When every Marine and family in a unit reaches the optimum level of resiliency, a high state of personal and family readiness will result thereby ensuring the units high state of readiness.
The MCSC Family Readiness on Point Team provides enhanced personal and family readiness, care and support to MCSC Marines, civilian Marines, spouses, children, parents and designated extended family members.
