ORLANDO, Fla. -- Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) highlighted several emerging training and readiness capabilities last week at the Interservice/Industry Training Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC 2025), the world’s largest modeling and simulation event.
Program Manager Training Systems led the command’s presence on the show floor, demonstrating how modern tools are shaping decision making, operational planning and Marine readiness.
Col. Wynndee Young, PM TRASYS, moderated a Marine Corps Senior Leader Panel comprised of: Brig. Gen. Tamara Campbell, Commander, MARCORSYSCOM; Brig. Gen. Matthew Tracy, Commanding General Education Command; and Brig. Gen. Michael Brooks, Commanding General, Training Command. The panel was an open conversation on integrating new technologies into Marine Corps programs and processes to build resilient, lethal, and highly skilled Marines.
Lt. Col. David Bain, Deputy PM TRASYS, led a panel discussion with TRASYS product managers about their program requirements and needs for the coming year. The product managers and other program office staff met with industry partners throughout the week to discuss live, virtual, and constructive training technologies that improve realism and reduce cost.
Deputy PM Wargaming Capability David Ventura provided a program brief detailing how the Marine Corps is advancing wargaming to support senior leaders. He outlined the command’s efforts to integrate data, simulation and analytics to give leaders a clearer understanding of risk, tempo and contested logistics in future operating environments.
I/ITSEC draws thousands of attendees each year from across DoD, Allied Nations, academia and industry. For SYSCOM, the event serves as an opportunity to align with partners and communicate how emerging technologies support the Commandant’s Force Design priorities.
