April 17, 2014 --
The Advanced Planning Briefing to Industry originally scheduled for June has been postponed. A new date has not yet been set, but the event will likely not take place in 2014, according to Marine Corps Systems Command officials. More information will be provided when available via the MCSC website and Facebook page.
The APBI—hosted by Marine Corps Systems Command and Program Executive Officer Land Systems—is the only exposition and conference focused solely on Marine Corps acquisition; critical requirements for innovation and sustainment; platform acquisition priorities and program manager assessments.
Attendees are able to network with industry participants, visit program manager booths, attend tutorials and hear Marine Corps priorities from Marine Corps and Navy leaders.
