Dick Govoni retired Jan. 3, after 63 years of combined service in the Marine Corps and federal government. A retired Marine Corps pilot, Govoni enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1948 and commissioned in 1953. He came to work for Marine Corps Systems Command in 1991 to help establish the government-furnished property office, and retired in 2014 at age 84.

Quantico, VA - Dick Govoni retired Jan. 3, after 63 years of combined service in the Marine Corps and federal government. A retired Marine Corps pilot, Govoni enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1948 and commissioned in 1953. He came to work for Marine Corps Systems Command in 1991 to help establish the government-furnished property office, and retired in 2014 at age 84.
