Quantico, VA - Col. Chris Snyder (left) passes the flag to Col. Ben Stinson during the Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity change of command ceremony June 26 at Camp Pendleton, Calif. Stinson previously served as project manager for Robotic Systems Joint Program Office in Warren, Mich. He will now serve as the 21st commanding officer for MCTSSA, a subordinate activity to Marine Corps Systems Command.
