MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO, Va. - Marc Paquette (center), Marine Corps Systems Command’s deputy portfolio manager for Logistics Combat Element Systems, reads the citation for Ron Diefenbach (right), a program analyst for LCES, who received the first Lt. Gen. “Brute” Krulak Award. Diefenbach was recognized for demonstrating a spirit of unconventional thinking and leadership. Col. John T.
