MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO, Va. - A Rough Terrain Container Handler transports International Standards Organization containers during a test event Sept. 1, in Cibolo, Texas. A Marine Corps Systems Command program of record, the RTCH moves 20-to-40-foot ISO containers on rough terrain, beaches and other surfaces to assist with land and amphibious missions. In September 2020, an upgraded version of the system full-rate production and is expected to field in the second quarter of fiscal 2021. (U.S. Marine Corps photo)
