ORLANDO, Fla. - Col. Luis Lara, Program Manager for Training Systems, presents a gift to Ms. Kim Yarboro during her retirement ceremony at the Partnership III building in Orlando, March 30, 2021. Yarboro’s 37-year career culminated with her serving as deputy program manager for Training Systems, where she was responsible for the oversight and management of all nonstandard training systems and devices for the Marine Corps including live, virtual and constructive simulations.
