MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO, Va. - A Networking-On-the-Move Utility Task Vehicle prototype was one of the emerging capabilities used during the Island Marauder event Sept. 23, 2019, at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay.
