STAFFORD, Va. - Nigel McKenzie, a logistician; CWO3 Dennis Roeder, a project officer; and Todd Fischer, an engineer, all with Marine Corps Systems Command’s Fuel and Water Team, converse on an open couch in a lounge area within a newly constructed, 40,000 square-foot workspace July 9 in Stafford, Virginia.
