MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO, Va. - Manny Pacheco is pictured with his wife, X, at his retirement ceremony at the National Museum of the Marine Corps Museum in Triangle, Va., on March 8, 2023. After nearly four decades of service to the Corps, Manny retired from his role as director of Public Affairs and Communication, a position in which he was responsible for developing and executing strategies to communicate the command’s mission and goals to internal and external stakeholders, including the media, industry partners, and the general public.
