Family Readiness Officer (FRO) is the face of the Commanding Officer's vision for the Unit Personal and Family Readiness Program (UPFRP). The FRO provides direct coordination for the UPFRP with the Commanding Officer, MCTSSA Marines, their families and all the available resources and organizations.
