Marine Corps to Begin Trial Run for New Physical Training Uniform - Cpl. Olanda Baronette, with Security Battalion, Headquarters Company, demonstrates a prototype version of the new Physical Training Uniform. On April 13, Marine Corps Systems Command awarded four contracts to manufacture prototypes for an updated PTU, which will then be tested and evaluated by MCSC. Marine Corps develops secure app to monitor holistic health and combat readiness of Marines - A view of the Command Individual Risk and Resiliency Assessment System interface, enabling commanders to assign risk scores and send automated indicator alerts to leadership of at-risk personnel. CIRRAS is a Common Access Card-enabled software application that stores a Marine’s personal information, such as health, social, educational and familial data, in a secure environment for a commander’s use.
