Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What do I require to get on base?

MCB Quantico is an open base and does not require a clearance or CAC to enter. Please have a photo ID ready when approaching the gate and reference Gray Research Center as your destination.

What do I bring?

This is not an expo event and meeting space is limited. As such, large displays and promotional materials are inappropriate and not permitted. Industry representatives are allowed to bring a company handout and business cards. Handouts should be no larger than an 8.5”x11” single sheet. Any information that a vendor considers proprietary should be clearly marked as such. Prepare for approximately 250 attendees.

How were topics selected?

The IT Innovation Symposium agenda was determined based on government priorities, innovative IT initiatives, and responses to RFI M67854-19-Q-4075.

Can my company present at the IT Innovation Symposium?

Industry panelists have already been determined for this event. Guidance on future events and opportunities to present to the Government will be forthcoming.

When is the next Symposium?

PfM SES is always assessing the need for an event with Industry. Date, location, and topics for a subsequent Symposium are still under consideration.
