Mission:

Provides both financial support (comptroller) and Workforce Management and Development. The comptroller provides financial policy, advice, and services to ensure the commands budgets are defensible and program resources are properly and efficiently executed. WMD is responsible for manpower and personnel management that support acquisition mission accomplishment and related individual needs.
